Objective 1

To reinforce the capacities of the project’s executives (youth actors, cultural managers) through high added value training experiences enabling them to acquire a base of key skills (artistic, intercultural, social, managerial, technical, especially numerical), and guaranteeing the proper implementation of the project and its extension beyond the three-year framework.

Objective 2

To create a learning ecosystem of the batucada in Lusaka with the creation of an advanced batucada group with 16 street young people (≪ young leaders ≫), and the creation of two weekly classes of artistic learning with for

larger audiences of young people (16 persons/class). NB: The young leaders will be progressively integrated into the project managers to participate in the international exchange program

Objective 3

To strengthen the internationalization of our organizations through actions of valorization and diffusion, through the acquisition of a better knowledge of international mobility schemes for young people and youth actors, and finally through actions with authorities and decision-makers, locally and nationally, as well as at the African and European continental levels to promote the establishment of good institutional and private practices favourable to the mobilization and connection of youth of Africa and Europe.
